I want to send this back. This doesn’t work with air 11 with a heat hose.
This was advertised to fit my machine and the piece that connects to my hose is too large. Now after spending a ton of money on the machine I have to buy another part for it separately. The false advertising is very disappointing, especially considering the cost of the equipment and the fact that I can’t return it since I opened the box.
Wanted to return package was not open and they won’t respond to my email
Received product as I ordered. Arrived fast and order was shipped and packed well. Unfortunately had to have a pacemaker placed and have not been able to use it yet. Looking forward to using it.
